Educational and Child Development Center in Puente PiedraResumen
The work consists of the study of the Premises of Education at the Initial Level as a typology for the identification of the parameters and criteria used during its design as a respond to the needs of its users, as well as the exploration of the architectural mechanisms that may directly affect the behavior of children under five years promoting their development. When analyzing the demand for this type of establishment, the main problem arises as the lack of spaces that can meet the different needs of the user where the activities to be carried out can be differentiated due to being conditioned spaces not designed for their purpose. For this reason, the location of the project in the area of greatest demand is proposed, being this Lima where the needs of its inhabitants must be met from an architectural approach focusing on the main user for which the study of Neuroarchitecture is carried out as a tool to enhance stimulation in infants.
