El Instituto Tecnológico del Mar ubicado en el distrito de Cerro Azul en la provincia de Cañete del departamento de Lima. Este instituto educativo tecnológico se encuentra muy cercano al mar por su relación directa a las actividades marítimas-pesqueras con espacios flexibles, didácticos y dinámicos, tomando en cuenta el espacio natural de su alrededor para 160 alumnos en las carreras de Producción Pesquera y Maricultura, Acuicultura y Procesamiento Pesquero, Operación Portuaria y Recursos Naturales Renovables - orientación Producción Acuícola, emplazado en un terreno de 17327 m y con 5835 m de área construida. Este Edificio-Muelle, unifica e integra las dos zonas dividas del distrito de Cerro Azul, funciona de remate visual e hito entre los malecones José Olaya y Los Reyes. Se aplican sistemas de arquitectura solar pasiva que reducen la necesidad de ventilación o iluminación artificial, aprovecha los recursos naturales, control de humedad, logrando el bienestar térmico con bajo consumo eléctrico y alto confort térmico.The Technological Institute of the Sea located in the district of Cerro Azul in the province of Cañete in the department of Lima. This technological educational institute is very close to the sea because of its direct relationship to maritime-fishing activities with flexible, didactic and dynamic spaces, taking into account the natural space of its surroundings for 160 students in the careers of Fisheries Production and Mariculture, Aquaculture and Fishing Processing, Port Operation and Renewable Natural Resources - Aquaculture Production orientation, located on a land of 17327 m² and with 5835 m² of built area. This building-quay, unifies and integrates the two divided zones of the district of Cerro Azul, works as a visual auction and milestone between the junks José Olaya and Los Reyes. Passive solar architecture systems are applied that reduce the need for ventilation or artificial lighting, take advantage of natural resources, humidity control, achieving thermal comfort with low electrical consumption and high thermal comfort.
