In Peru, companies are increasingly likely to outsource services that are not integral to their business. Gantter is an online platform created to take this trend into account. It is a link between companies and freelancers to provide online services, with the purpose of reducing costs for companies while guaranteeing quality services. Gantter has two target markets: 5% (2,741) of small businesses in Metropolitan Lima, and 12.7% of self-empoyed professionals (freelancers) represented by 129,789 people. To start Gantter operations the total investment is $15,175.00 US dollars, which $3,035.00 has been financed by Banco del Comercio and the difference is investor’s personal investments. Investors will obtain a return of 35% within the first year, taking into account that the Gantter projections are made considering a 5-year horizon, where the investor’s NPV is $90,708.
