Analiza los factores que hacen necesaria la propuesta de un Centro de Desarrollo para personas con TEA (Trastorno Espectro Autista) en el distrito de San Juan de Miraflores, así como temas arquitectónicos y teóricos para la base de la investigación. El usuario, a quienes va dirigido el proyecto es un factor determinante desde el principio ya que se condicionan todos los métodos del diseño arquitectónico. La relación del usuario con la arquitectura y como esta mejora la calidad de vida, convirtiéndose en un factor terapéutico determinante en el día a día de una persona autista. Debido a esto se propone como énfasis del proyecto la relación de la curva y factores multisensoriales como la luz, la textura y el color. La investigación se completa con el análisis de proyectos similares nacionales e internacionales, tipos de usuarios, el reglamento educativo según Minedu. Así como la elección del lugar ideal en donde se ubicará el centro de desarrollo y los criterios que se tomaron en cuenta para el diseño.Analyze the factors that make the proposal of a Development Center for people with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, as well as architectural and theoretical issues for the base of the investigation. The user, to whom the project is directed, is a determining factor from the beginning since all the methods of architectural design are conditioned. The user's relationship with architecture and how it improves the quality of life, becoming a decisive therapeutic factor in the day to day of an autistic person. Due to this, the relationship of the curve and multisensory factors such as light, texture and color is proposed as project emphasis. The investigation is completed with the analysis of similar national and international projects, types of users, the educational regulation according to Minedu. As well as the choice of the ideal place where the development center will be located and the criteria that were taken into account for the design.
