El presente trabajo es una propuesta de arquitectura empresarial para el proceso de entrega de órdenes de compra de una empresa retail, SODIMAC en este caso, con la cual se busca optar por el título profesional de la carrera de ingeniería de sofware. La estructura del presente documento está dividida en seis capítulos. El primero de ellos consiste en el marco teórico de los frameworks y metodologías que se han empleado a lo largo del desarrollo del documento. El segundo capítulo presenta el negocio sobre el cual se basa este trabajo junto a la visíon, misión y objetivos estratégicos que persigue. El tercer capítulo consiste en presentar el modelo empresarial del negocio definiendo cuál es el contexto en el que se encuentra actualmente y los procedimientos que se tomaron para escoger el sub proceso a mejorar. El cuarto capítulo desarrolla la arquitectura propuesta y los elementos que darán soporte a la solución. El capítulo cinco detalla los procedimientos propuestos para la migración y la gestión de servicios necesarios para estabilizar la solución planteada. Finalmente, los dos últimos capítulos presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones respectivamente.The present work is a proposal of business architecture for the process of delivery of purchase orders of a retail company, SODIMAC in this case, with which it seeks to opt for the professional title of the software engineering career. The structure of this document is divided into six chapters. The first one consists of the theory of the frameworks and methodologies that have been used throughout the development of the document. The second chapter presents the business on which this work is based, together with the vision, mission and strategic objectives that it pursues. The third chapter consists of presenting the business model defining what is the context in which it is currently and the procedures that were taken to choose the sub process to be improved. The fourth chapter develops the proposed architecture and the elements that will support the solution. Chapter five details the proposed procedures for migration and the management of services necessary to stabilize the proposed solution. Finally, the last two chapters present the conclusions and recommendations respectively.
