Este estudio tiene la finalidad de mostrar el recorrido que toma la libido de los pacientes que no pudieron construir su subjetividad. La herramienta utilizada es la musicoterapia. Se trabaja diseño exploratorio para el estudio de casos clínicos. Los instrumentos son la observación no participante no estructurada y los IAP’s de Bruscia. El objetivo es explorar acerca de los destinos de la libido de los participantes, y qué variables musicales pueden favorecer el desarrollo de una libido objetal en musicoterapia. Los participantes son tres pacientes adolescentes, un varón y dos mujeres de un Centro Educativo Terapéutico de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. La información se recaba en tres sesiones con cada uno de los participantes. Luego, es analizada con las respectivas variables musicales. Después, se utilizan indicadores psicoanalíticos para poder interpretar el lenguaje musical. Se concluye que a través del sostén rítmico y figuras rítmicas se facilita la investidura de la libido objetal en los participantes.This project aims to show the therapeutic approach to patients who could not build their subjectivity. The tool is music therapy. The research consists in the study of three clinical cases, analyzed by qualitative methodology. The instruments are: non-participant observation, the Kenneth Bruscia’s IAP’s, and medical history. The aim is to explore about the ways of the libido of participants; and what elements can favor the development of object libido. Participants are three teenage patients, a man and two women of a Therapeutic Educative Center of Buenos Aires city. The information is collect in three sessions. Then it is analyzed musically, then with psychoanalytic indicators, to interpret the musical language. The studied concludes that rhythmic support and rhythmic patterns facilitates the investiture of objectal libido in the patients.
