In the health industry in our country, especially in the private area, health provider companies have developed various plans that aim to serve a market that has been growing around the last 20 years; however, they have not developed plans for an important business sector known as PYMES. This is where our study and business idea is aimed to serve around the Limenian district of San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL). The proposal of this study is made under the following approaches: • Improve the quality of health of the people in this business sector. • Business Sustainability. • Positioning. We have identified an opportunity to develop this business unit since the EPS system use insurance brokers specializing in this type of health plans to advice on said coverage, for product offering and negotiation with companies. We will remove this intermediary to negotiate with these PYMES directly to show the benefits of the plans using our own sales force, hence lowering costs and offering affordable EPS plans without neglecting the minimum coverages via Sanitas, our business project. We know as a fact that the PYME business sector is developed not only in San Juan de Lurigancho, but around Lima, specifically in the Limenian cones. This project opens a range of opportunities for the parent company in order to replicate this same model in different areas of the capital. In summary, we seek to offer health plans for the families of workers of PYMEs in this area of the capital at reasonable prices, coverage and extensive network of care in clinics, as we firmly believe that workers in this business sector deserve a satisfactory health service and care that this company is aimed to offer.
